Galeries Lafayette IT Project Manager - Retail and Omnichannel
The Horlogerie Bijouterie Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of watches and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multibrand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for iconic names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports. The Horlogerie Bijouterie Division is dedicated to captivating enthusiasts and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Commercial Direction and Retail Operations teams.
- Organize and oversee project execution from conception through implementation and deployment.
- Lead the functional and technical design of projects in alignment with user specifications.
- Ensure the optimal functioning and evolution of the Retail and Omnichannel IT ecosystem.
- Manage relationships with suppliers in this domain.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management within the Retail sector.
- Project management: organization, planning, and execution within budget and time constraints.
- Understanding of Retail and Omnichannel processes and use cases.
- Ability to interact and coordinate with technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with solutions such as CEGID Y2, PIM Akeneo, OMS, Octipas Tablet, and Magento 2/Adobe Commerce.
- Strong technical background in interfaces, data flows, and integration.
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Attention to detail and quality in deliverables.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis skills.
A minimum of 3-4 years in IT Project Management within the Retail sector is required.
Advanced degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent.
Fixed salary based on profile, paid over 12.5 months, with a bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
