Cash Office Manager

1. Manage the cash office, including opening and closing safes.
2. Order currency and conduct monthly checks on the cash flow status.
3. Apply security protocols and ensure the alarm system functions correctly.
4. Manage cash registers by constituting and modifying cash funds as needed.
5. Distribute and collect cash pouches according to established schedules.
6. Count, control, and record receipts.
7. Oversee all cash inflows, including currency requests and cash from the main safe.
8. Handle the handover of previous day's receipts to banking institutions.
9. Receive and verify ordered currency.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
2. Strong numerical skills.

Experience in cash management or a similar role is preferred.

Fixed salary of €1840 gross per month based on a 35-hour workweek.
