The Galeries Lafayette Group, a leader in the French watchmaking and jewelry retail sector, operates through its prestigious brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The Watch and Jewelry Division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 luxury watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for renowned names like Cartier, Rolex, and Omega, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and operational coaching.
- Drive commercial growth by setting and communicating strategic action plans to achieve budgetary objectives.
- Manage stock levels in coordination with headquarters and suppliers to meet sales targets and handle peak traffic periods.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty and satisfaction.
- Develop a qualified client database to foster trust and invite clients to exclusive events.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and company policies.
- Handle administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, and security, as well as managing disputes and after-sales service.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar high-end service position.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strategic mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ambitious and results-driven with a focus on impactful performance.
- Leadership skills to build and engage high-performing teams.
A minimum of 2 years in a comparable role within the luxury service industry is required.
Fixed annual salary between €40,000 and €45,000 over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation.
