1. Manage and optimize the Master Data Management (MDM) product based on Stibo Systems' STEP solution.
2. Collaborate closely with business and development teams to design technical functionalities for the MDM system, considering existing architecture and performance optimization.
3. Model and develop data integration and publication flows, ensuring data uniqueness, consistency, and quality.
4. Oversee business workflows to streamline processes and ensure data integrity within the MDM system.
5. Play a key role in process automation and continuous improvement of the MDM solution by proposing innovative enhancements.
6. Work closely with business teams to translate needs into suitable technical solutions.
7. Document processes, manage application versioning, and oversee continuous integration and deployment to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 4 years of experience in a similar role within a challenging and stimulating environment.

1. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript (RhinoJS), REST, and SQL.
2. Knowledge of data modeling, sequence diagrams, and messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, pub/sub, and ESB.
3. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.
4. Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented approach.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar back-end development role, preferably with significant experience in MDM or PIM.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Fixed annual gross salary between €52,000 and €62,000, paid over 13 months, with additional variable compensation.
