- Manage and optimize the Master Data Management (MDM) product based on Stibo Systems' STEP solution.
- Collaborate closely with business and development teams to design technical functionalities for the MDM system, considering existing architecture and performance optimization.
- Model and develop data integration and publication flows, ensuring data uniqueness, consistency, and quality.
- Oversee business workflows to streamline processes and ensure data integrity within the MDM system.
- Play a key role in process automation and continuous improvement of the MDM solution by proposing innovative enhancements.
- Work closely with business teams to translate needs into suitable technical solutions.
- Document processes, manage application versioning, and oversee continuous integration and deployment to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in a similar role within a challenging and stimulating environment.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript (RhinoJS), REST, and SQL.
- Knowledge of data modeling, sequence diagrams, and messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, pub/sub, and ESB.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar back-end development role, preferably with significant experience in MDM or PIM.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Fixed annual gross salary between €52,000 and €62,000, paid over 13 months, with additional variable compensation.
