Galeries Lafayette Assistant Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry, including its own collections under the Louis Pion brand. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Animate and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching in collaboration with the store manager.
- Participate in commercial development by implementing strategic action plans to achieve budgetary objectives.
- Coordinate and forecast stock levels with headquarters to meet sales targets and manage peak traffic periods.
- Ensure excellent customer experience to foster loyalty and build a qualified customer database.
- Manage administrative operations, ensuring compliance with social regulations and company policies.
- Successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in the high-end service sector.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.

Fixed salary between €32,500-€35,000 over 12.5 months, with variable compensation linked to store and individual performance.
