Galeries Lafayette Assistant Store Manager

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France, along with an e-commerce site. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Animate and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
2. Participate in commercial development by implementing strategic action plans.
3. Ensure excellent customer experience to foster loyalty.
4. Manage administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with social regulations and company policies.
5. Coordinate stock levels with headquarters to meet sales objectives.

1. Successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in the luxury service sector.

1. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
2. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

4. Excellent organizational skills and action-oriented.

At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar position within the luxury service sector.

Fixed salary between €35,000 and €40,000 gross over 12.5 months, with variable incentives linked to store and individual performance.
