The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and fine jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores, both integrated and affiliated, in France and Luxembourg. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike in urban settings.

1. Lead and develop the sales team in collaboration with the Store Manager through recruitment, training, and operational presence.
2. Drive the commercial growth of the store by implementing strategic action plans and communicating them effectively to the team to achieve budgetary targets.
3. Ensure an exceptional customer experience to foster client loyalty.
4. Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to group and brand policies, procedures, and directives.
5. Manage administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, after-sales service, security, and dispute resolution.

1. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion or jewelry.

Fixed annual salary between €26,250 and €28,750 over 12.5 months, with additional variable compensation linked to commercial and individual performance.
