The Horlogerie Bijouterie Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of watches and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores, both integrated and affiliated, in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail locations throughout France and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and others, in department stores and airports. The Horlogerie Bijouterie Division aims to captivate the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts in urban settings.
- Lead and develop the sales team in collaboration with the store manager, focusing on recruitment, training, and coaching to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive commercial growth by implementing strategic action plans to achieve both individual and collective budgetary objectives.
- Enhance customer experience by fostering a client-centric environment, promoting loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to group policies, procedures, and brand directives.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, customer service, security, and safety.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar position within the retail sector, preferably in luxury goods.
Fixed annual salary between €26,250 and €28,750 over 12.5 months, aligned with experience and skills. Variable compensation linked to commercial and individual performance objectives, including monthly, quarterly bonuses, and personal sales commissions.
Annual bonus based on objective achievement, employee discounts, personalized onboarding, and specialized training in the watch and jewelry sector.
