Galeries Lafayette Assistant Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the central purchasing entity for jewelry and horology sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 locations. With 70 Louis Pion retail points and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, catering to enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Oversee and develop the sales team, recruiting, training, and coaching in collaboration with the store manager to ensure operational presence and effectiveness.
- Drive commercial growth by implementing strategic action plans and communicating objectives to the team to meet budgetary goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences to foster loyalty and client satisfaction.
- Manage administrative operations, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to company and brand policies, procedures, and directives.
- Handle administrative tasks including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, customer service, security, and safety.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.

A minimum of two years in a comparable position within the retail sector, with a focus on team leadership and commercial development.
Fixed annual salary between €25,000 and €26,250 over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation including monthly, quarterly bonuses, and sales commissions.
