Galeries Lafayette Assistant Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the premier French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors, represented by renowned brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watchmaking across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its extensive network of 70 stores and an e-commerce platform, offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, while Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names like Cartier, Rolex, and Omega, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Lead and develop the sales team in collaboration with the store manager through recruitment, training, and coaching.
- Drive commercial growth by implementing strategic action plans to meet budgetary targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences to foster client loyalty.
- Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and company policies.
- Manage operational tasks including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, and security.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with a client-oriented approach.
- Excellent commercial acumen and customer service expertise.
- Ambitious and results-driven mindset.
Candidates must have at least two years of proven experience in a similar position, demonstrating leadership and commercial skills.
Fixed salary ranging from €1,900 to €2,100 over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation.
