Galeries Lafayette Assistant Store Manager

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division operates as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 Louis Pion stores across France and an e-commerce site, the brand offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Animate and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
2. Collaborate with the store manager to ensure operational presence on the floor.
3. Participate in commercial development by implementing strategic action plans to achieve budgetary objectives.
4. Ensure excellent customer experience to foster loyalty.
5. Manage administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with social regulations and company policies.
6. Handle administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, customer service, security, and safety.

1. Successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.

Fixed salary between 1900-2100 euros over 12.5 months, with variable incentives linked to commercial and individual performance.
