1. Lead and develop the sales team in collaboration with the store manager through recruitment, training, and coaching.
2. Drive commercial growth by implementing strategic action plans to meet budgetary targets.
3. Ensure exceptional customer experiences to foster client loyalty.
4. Oversee administrative management, ensuring compliance with social regulations and company policies.
5. Manage operational tasks including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, and security.

1. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
