Galeries Lafayette Assistant Store Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division operates as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 Louis Pion stores across France and an e-commerce site, the brand offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Animate and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
- Collaborate with the store manager to ensure operational presence on the floor.
- Participate in commercial development by implementing strategic action plans to achieve budgetary objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer experience to foster loyalty.
- Manage administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with social regulations and company policies.
- Handle administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, customer service, security, and safety.
- Successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Leadership and team management skills.

At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
Fixed salary between 1900-2100 euros over 12.5 months, with variable incentives linked to commercial and individual performance.
