1. Manage and develop a team of sales advisors, ensuring effective organization and evaluation.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
2. Passion for fashion and retail management.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Previous experience in team management is preferred.
