1. Contribute to talent attraction and development within the HR department.
2. Manage personnel administration, including hiring, integration, mobility, and internal promotions.
3. Draft contracts, amendments, and various correspondence.
4. Update HR information systems and track important deadlines.
5. Support recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate selection, and interviews.
6. Implement the Skills Development Plan by organizing and tracking internal training.
7. Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes and internal project management.
8. Participate in creating internal communication materials.

1. Currently a student at Bac +4/5 level.
2. First experience in an associative or professional environment.
