1. Support the Human Resources team in recruitment, talent development, and personnel administration.
2. Manage personnel administration processes, including onboarding, integration, mobility, and internal promotions.
3. Draft contracts, amendments, and various correspondence while maintaining HR information systems and tracking key deadlines.
4. Assist in recruitment processes by posting job advertisements, selecting candidates, and conducting interviews.
5. Implement the Skills Development Plan by organizing and monitoring internal training sessions and recording individual requests in the HRIS.
6. Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes and participate in internal project management.
7. Participate in the creation of internal communication materials.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
2. Previous experience in a stimulating environment, either through associations or professional engagements.

A first experience in a dynamic and stimulating ecosystem, either through associations or professional engagements, is required.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5).

Fixed remuneration aligned with educational level: €1300 gross monthly for Bac +4, €1500 gross monthly for Bac +5.
