- Manage the food team by overseeing scheduling, anticipating absences, and adapting schedules to maintain operational balance in line with commercial activity and store events.
- Organize and distribute tasks among team members, ensuring team development and adherence to internal regulations, while guaranteeing health and safety at work.
- Ensure high-quality customer service to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction, utilizing appropriate tools and addressing customer complaints and issues with actionable improvement plans.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by monitoring key performance indicators, implementing progress actions, and analyzing outcomes.
- Combat inventory shrinkage by adhering to procedures, preparing, and conducting inventories in collaboration with merchandise sector managers.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, including monitoring expiration dates, food quality, cleanliness of workspaces, and storage areas.
- Previous managerial experience in the restaurant industry.

Fixed annual salary of €26,000, with a 13th month and variable incentives up to €535 per month.
