1. Manage the food team by overseeing scheduling, anticipating absences, and adapting schedules to maintain operational balance in line with commercial activity and store events.
2. Organize and distribute tasks among team members, ensuring team development and adherence to internal regulations, while guaranteeing health and safety at work.
3. Ensure high-quality customer service to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction, utilizing appropriate tools and addressing customer complaints and issues with actionable improvement plans.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets by monitoring key performance indicators, implementing progress actions, and analyzing outcomes.
5. Combat inventory shrinkage by adhering to procedures, preparing, and conducting inventories in collaboration with merchandise sector managers.
6. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, including monitoring expiration dates, food quality, cleanliness of workspaces, and storage areas.

1. Previous managerial experience in the restaurant industry.

Fixed annual salary of €26,000, with a 13th month and variable incentives up to €535 per month.
