The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores, both integrated and affiliated, in France and Luxembourg. With a robust presence of 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of boutiques and online store. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and more, both in department stores and airports. The division is dedicated to captivating enthusiasts and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Analyze sales data and collection reports to provide insightful recommendations.
 - Conduct benchmarks and competitive analysis to aid in the development of the annual offer strategy.
 - Participate in the construction of commercial policies.
 - Assist in the preparation and execution of negotiations.
 - Engage in supplier meetings to curate assortments.
 - Formalize negotiated commercial terms.
 - Create sales support documents, including brand and product sheets.
 
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5).
 - Previous experience in purchasing within the retail sector.
 
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
 - Teamwork and collaboration.
 - Client-focused with proactive improvement initiatives.
 
A minimum of one prior experience in purchasing within the retail industry is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
