This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations nationwide and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers a curated selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious brands, with a presence both in urban centers and airports. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, catering to enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring operational presence on the sales floor.
- Drive commercial growth by implementing strategic action plans to meet budgetary targets, both individual and collective.
- Coordinate with headquarters to manage stock levels and prepare for peak traffic periods.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences to foster client loyalty and build a qualified customer database for exclusive events.
- Oversee administrative operations, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to group policies and brand directives.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with a client-centric approach.
- Expertise in high-end service and commercial acumen.
- Organizational skills with a focus on achieving commercial objectives.
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role within the luxury service industry is required.
Fixed annual salary ranging from €38,750 to €45,000 over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation.
