1. Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring operational presence on the sales floor.
2. Drive commercial growth by implementing strategic action plans to meet budgetary targets, both individual and collective.
3. Coordinate with headquarters to manage stock levels and prepare for peak traffic periods.
4. Ensure exceptional customer experiences to foster client loyalty and build a qualified customer database for exclusive events.
5. Oversee administrative operations, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to group policies and brand directives.

1. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is preferred.

Fixed annual salary ranging from €38,750 to €45,000 over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation.
