- Monitor and update business plans for managed assets with precise financial modeling to ensure long-term profitability and asset valuation.
- Track operational and economic performance of shopping centers, analyzing KPIs, providing regular reports, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Support the leasing teams in the commercialization of vacant spaces.
- Actively participate in project management for renovations and new installations, coordinating with architects, project managers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, center management, commercial, marketing, and finance to ensure comprehensive and optimized asset management.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strategic thinking with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility in approach to handle unforeseen circumstances.
Previous experience in commercial real estate is advantageous but not required.
Master's degree in progress (Bac +4/5) in Business, Engineering, or related field.
