1. Conduct fittings according to the atelier's schedule.
2. Welcome and advise clients, offering tailored solutions.
3. Apply and adhere to service standards.
4. Adjust and pin garments on clients.
5. Promote the store's payment card.
6. Inform clients about alteration timelines and costs.
7. Record alterations on client files, including measurements and notes.
8. Collaborate with sales teams for seamless service.
9. Execute garment alterations and repairs, such as sleeve adjustments, waist alterations, zipper installations, and re-stitching.
10. Press altered garments.
11. Inspect completed alterations and ensure quality standards are met.
12. Package products according to specifications, including folding and hanging.

1. CAP/BEP qualification in clothing or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an alterations workshop.

5. Comprehensive knowledge of materials, textiles, and tailoring techniques.

A successful track record in an alterations workshop is required.

CAP/BEP in clothing or a related field.

Fixed salary over 13 months, with variable incentives and profit-sharing bonuses.
