- Support the advertising and media team in the daily execution of paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Assist with campaign trafficking: prepare ad specs, set up tags, upload creatives and validate delivery with agencies and internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular KPI reports to inform optimisation and budget allocation.
- Coordinate with creative, e‑commerce and retail teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and comply with brand standards.
- Contribute to media planning documentation, media calendars and post‑campaign reconciliations, including basic budget tracking and invoice follow‑up.
- Participate in project meetings, take minutes and track action items to ensure timely delivery of media initiatives.
- Enrolled in a higher education programme (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Media or a related discipline and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling campaign metrics and basic numerical reconciliation.
- Professional communication skills and experience working in a team environment; ability to liaise with external agencies.

- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Previous internships or practical experience in advertising, media, digital marketing or agency environments are advantageous but not mandatory for the apprenticeship.
Current enrolment in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 programme in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Media, or equivalent (eligible for alternance/apprenticeship).
