- Create, verify, and input Excel guides for collection order placements.
- Manage and resolve data input anomalies.
- Monitor delivery dates against planned implantation dates as per buyer's guide.
- Follow up with suppliers for EAN codes and delivery dates.
- Place restock orders.
- Configure articles for promotions and catalogs.
- Update vintages and end dates for permanent articles.
- Track precise deliveries and warehouse receptions, and follow up with suppliers.
- Resolve reception and cost disputes.
- Allocate merchandise to stores.
- Remove remaining undelivered items.
- Currently pursuing a degree in administrative and/or commercial management at a Bac+1/2 level.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Attention to detail and rigor.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Action-oriented mindset.
A preliminary professional experience in a related field is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Bac+1/2 level program in administrative or commercial management.
