- Manage and process general expenses invoices in compliance with established accounting rules and deadlines.
- Process and account documents in ESKER for purchase orders and in SAP for invoices and credit notes without orders.
- Ensure invoice compliance and proper accounting allocation.
- Implement and optimize digitalization processes.
- Develop and manage payment methods, particularly via bank transfer.
- Oversee invoice tracking and manage ESKER baskets, including personalized follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Participate in closing activities, including accounting for provisions and analyzing accrued liabilities.
- Maintain quality relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2) in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in SAP and ESKER is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dynamic and curious mindset.
Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in accounts payable or a similar role is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2) in a relevant field.
Competitive fixed salary over 13 months, ranging from €27,000 to €30,000, based on experience and skills.
