1. Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
2. Oversee and execute Fresh's talent strategy in partnership with the global HR team, focusing on employee experience, workforce strategy, succession planning, DEI, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
3. Cultivate capabilities across all organizational levels by providing advice and coaching to enhance leadership skills, team performance, and business outcomes.
4. Ensure talent strategies are legally compliant, reflect best-in-class HR practices, and support business objectives.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with partners within Fresh Beauty, the Beauty Division at large, and LVMH Group to ensure seamless initiative rollouts.
6. Champion change management processes for successful training and implementation of new HR initiatives.
7. Implement strategic workforce planning aimed at building an internal pipeline reflective of evolving industry demands.
8. Leverage HR data for actionable insights and informed decision-making, utilizing digital tools to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
2. 10+ years’ experience as a Human Resources Leader in multidisciplinary roles.
3. Proven experience as a change agent in a dynamic organizational setting.
4. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and contribute to Fresh's overall business strategy.

1. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to act as a player/coach, developing and mentoring team members.
3. Strong HR generalist background with expertise across all disciplines of HR.
4. Experience in the beauty industry or a similar fast-paced retail environment is highly desirable.

A minimum of 10 years in a senior HR leadership role, with a proven track record in strategic HR management and transformation within a dynamic organizational setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $280,000 USD.
