Fresh Vice President of Human Resources

- Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leadership, developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee and execute Fresh's talent strategy, including employee experience, workforce planning, succession planning, DEI, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Cultivate leadership capabilities and enhance team performance through coaching and development initiatives.
- Ensure talent strategies are legally compliant and support business objectives while building a high-performing HR team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Fresh Beauty and the broader LVMH Group to ensure seamless initiative rollouts.
- Champion change management processes for successful implementation of new HR initiatives.
- Implement strategic workforce planning to build an internal pipeline reflective of industry demands.
- Leverage HR data and digital tools for actionable insights and informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources Leader in multidisciplinary roles.
- Proven experience as a change agent in a dynamic organizational setting.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Proficiency in leveraging data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 10 years in a Human Resources leadership role, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $280,000 USD.
