Fresh Vice President of Human Resources

1. Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leadership, developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Oversee and execute Fresh's talent strategy, including employee experience, workforce planning, succession planning, DEI, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
3. Cultivate leadership capabilities and enhance team performance through coaching and development initiatives.
4. Ensure talent strategies are legally compliant and support business objectives while building a high-performing HR team.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally within Fresh Beauty and the broader LVMH Group to ensure seamless initiative rollouts.
6. Champion change management processes for successful implementation of new HR initiatives.
7. Implement strategic workforce planning to build an internal pipeline reflective of industry demands.
8. Leverage HR data and digital tools for actionable insights and informed decision-making.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources Leader in multidisciplinary roles.
3. Proven experience as a change agent in a dynamic organizational setting.

3. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
4. Proficiency in leveraging data for informed decision-making.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Minimum of 10 years in a Human Resources leadership role, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $280,000 USD.
