1. Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders, developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Oversee and execute Fresh's talent strategy, including employee experience, workforce strategy, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.
3. Cultivate leadership capabilities and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Ensure talent strategies are compliant with legal standards and support business goals.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Fresh Beauty and LVMH Group to ensure seamless initiative rollouts.
6. Champion change management processes for successful implementation of HR initiatives.
7. Implement strategic workforce planning to build an internal pipeline reflective of industry demands.
8. Leverage HR data for actionable insights and informed decision-making.

1. 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources Leader in multidisciplinary roles.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
3. Proven experience as a change agent in a dynamic organizational setting.
4. Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to Fresh's overall business strategy.

2. Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
3. Strong HR generalist background with expertise across all disciplines of HR.
4. Experience in the beauty industry or a similar fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum of 10 years in a Human Resources leadership role, with a strong background in HR generalist functions and experience in the beauty or retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $280,000 USD.
