Fresh Vice President of Human Resources

- Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders, developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee and execute Fresh's talent strategy, including employee experience, workforce strategy, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.
- Cultivate leadership capabilities and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Ensure talent strategies are compliant with legal standards and support business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Fresh Beauty and LVMH Group to ensure seamless initiative rollouts.
- Champion change management processes for successful implementation of HR initiatives.
- Implement strategic workforce planning to build an internal pipeline reflective of industry demands.
- Leverage HR data for actionable insights and informed decision-making.
- 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources Leader in multidisciplinary roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a change agent in a dynamic organizational setting.
- Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to Fresh's overall business strategy.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong HR generalist background with expertise across all disciplines of HR.
- Experience in the beauty industry or a similar fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum of 10 years in a Human Resources leadership role, with a strong background in HR generalist functions and experience in the beauty or retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $280,000 USD.
