Total Rewards Analyst

- Convert and maintain electronic employee personnel files and records.
- Coordinate pre-employment and new hire paperwork and processes.
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Create and maintain key HR reporting packages.
- Prepare reports from the HRIS involving payroll information and demographic data.
- Maintain a user-friendly turnover dashboard for HR team access.
- Administer employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations.
- Coordinate and conduct the new employee onboarding process.
- Manage visa initiation and renewal processes.
- Assist employees with FMLA and Short-Term Disability paperwork.
- Prepare annual fringe benefits reporting with central payroll team.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience supporting Canada with payroll and benefits preferred.
- Experience with budgeting and/or staff costs preferred.
- Good understanding of employee benefits.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with discretion.
- Proven project management skills.
- Proactive with process improvement recommendations.

Minimum 3 years of experience required in a similar position.
The salary range for the role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD.
