Fresh Total Rewards Analyst

- Convert and maintain comprehensive electronic employee personnel files and records, including processing new employee documentation and employment status changes.
- Coordinate pre-employment and new hire paperwork and processes.
- Ensure data integrity in HR systems by running queries and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Create and maintain key HR reporting packages, including Turnover, Joiner/Leaver, HeadCount, and Employee milestones.
- Prepare reports from the HRIS involving payroll information, performance management, and demographic data.
- Maintain a user-friendly turnover dashboard accessible to HR team, CHRO, and CFO.
- Administer all employee benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, presenting benefit offerings to ensure understanding of plans and enrollment provisions.
- Manage end-to-end visa initiation and renewal processes in collaboration with Immigration Counsel and employees.
- Assist employees with FMLA and Short-Term Disability paperwork, managing disability claims according to the plan.
- Prepare annual fringe benefits reporting in partnership with the central payroll team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience supporting Canada with payroll and benefits highly preferred.
- Experience with budgeting and/or staff costs preferred.
- Good understanding of employee benefits.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with utmost discretion.
- Proactive in making recommendations for process improvement.
- Curiosity for the business and Human Resources.
- Strong customer service focus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position is required, with a preference for candidates who have supported Canadian payroll and benefits.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD per year.
