Total Rewards Analyst

1. Convert and maintain electronic employee personnel files and records.
2. Coordinate pre-employment and new hire paperwork and processes.
3. Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
4. Create and maintain key HR reporting packages.
5. Prepare reports from the HRIS involving payroll information and demographic data.
6. Maintain a user-friendly turnover dashboard for HR team access.
7. Administer employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations.
8. Coordinate and conduct the new employee onboarding process.
9. Manage visa initiation and renewal processes.
10. Assist employees with FMLA and Short-Term Disability paperwork.
11. Prepare annual fringe benefits reporting with central payroll team.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
2. Experience supporting Canada with payroll and benefits preferred.
3. Experience with budgeting and/or staff costs preferred.
4. Good understanding of employee benefits.

The salary range for the role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD.
