1. Receive, review, and post supplier invoices into the ERP system.
2. Validate invoice accuracy, including pricing, quantities, GL coding, cost centers, and UK VAT codes.
3. Monitor and manage the approval workflow, following up with approvers as necessary.
4. Resolve discrepancies with Procurement, Supply Chain, and vendors.
5. Prepare weekly payment proposals and monitor due dates.
6. Support monthly accounts payable reconciliations and close activities.
7. Maintain the accounts payable subledger, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy.
8. Ensure adherence to internal control procedures and compliance standards.
9. Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
2. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and high-volume invoice processing.
3. Experience with ERP systems such as AX or Medius.
4. Knowledge of UK VAT is advantageous.
5. Professional proficiency in English.

A minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable or General Accounting is required.

The salary range for this role is $43.59 - $53.85 USD per hour.
