- Lead the creation of original and engaging visual content across social media platforms, focusing on Instagram, aligning with Fresh's brand storytelling and social strategy.
- Drive digital-native innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge formats to keep Fresh at the forefront of social media trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize Fresh’s social content creation with brand objectives, product priorities, and commercial activations.
- Enhance brand storytelling through compelling visual narratives and new content franchise approaches.
- Maintain visual brand aesthetics and contribute to creating a strong visual identity for Fresh on social media, ensuring consistency and consumer resonance.
- Oversee and execute all phases of social-first production, from pre-production planning to post-production, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality content.
- Develop and implement brand style guidelines and design toolkits for various social media formats to ensure brand cohesiveness.
- Stay informed on social media trends and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies and maintain Fresh's effective digital presence.
- Manage and optimize resources by researching and engaging with content creators, providing briefs and art direction for new creative content.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation roles at agencies, studios, or in-house.
- Experience with photography, videography, and editing.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of internet, pop, and visual culture.
- Impeccable taste and craft in visual communication.
- Knowledge of the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle video landscape.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and document creative concepts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Programs (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Motion design knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and implement new ideas from data and insights.
Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation roles at agencies, studios, or in-house.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 USD.
