- Lead the creation of original and engaging visual content across social media platforms, particularly Instagram, in alignment with Fresh's brand storytelling and social strategy.
- Drive digital-native innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge formats to keep Fresh at the forefront of social media trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize social content creation with brand objectives, product priorities, and commercial activations.
- Enhance brand storytelling through compelling visual narratives and new content franchise approaches.
- Maintain visual brand aesthetics and contribute to creating a strong visual identity for Fresh on social media.
- Oversee and execute all phases of social-first production, from pre-production planning to post-production.
- Develop and implement brand style guidelines and design toolkits for various social media formats.
- Stay informed about social media trends and the competitive landscape to inform creative strategies.
- Manage and optimize resources by engaging with content creators and providing art direction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation roles at agencies, studios, or in-house.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.
- Strong understanding of internet, pop, and visual culture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Expertise in Adobe Programs (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Motion design knowledge is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation roles at agencies, studios, or in-house.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 USD.
