- Lead the creation of original and engaging visual content across social media platforms, aligning with Fresh's brand storytelling and social strategy.
- Champion digital-native innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge formats and executions to maintain Fresh's leadership in social media trends.
- Collaborate with global social strategy and creative teams to synchronize content creation with the brand vision, maximizing impact across social channels.
- Elevate brand storytelling through compelling visual narratives and new content franchise approaches.
- Maintain visual brand aesthetics and contribute to creating a strong visual identity for Fresh on social media, particularly Instagram.
- Oversee and execute all phases of social-first production, from pre-production planning to post-production, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Develop and implement brand style guidelines and design toolkits for various social media formats to ensure brand cohesiveness.
- Participate in ongoing analysis of social media trends and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies.
- Manage and optimize resources by engaging with content artists and providing briefs and art direction for new creative projects.
- 7+ years of experience in content artist roles at agencies, studios, or in-house settings.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.
- Motion design knowledge is preferred.
- Expertise in Adobe Programs (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of internet, pop, and visual culture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate and document creative concepts.
- Ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through social-first ideas.
- Strong understanding of frame composition and studio tools.
- Curious mindset and ambition to learn more.
Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation roles within agencies, studios, or in-house.
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000 USD per year.
