Fresh Senior Visual Merchandising Designer

- Develop and roll out global visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, standards and toolkits across campaigns, interiors, windows and special activations.
- Translate global VM principles and campaign concepts into clear, scalable directives and planograms for regional teams and multiple retail channels (boutiques, shop‑in‑shops, open sell).
- Maintain planogram logic, graphic and propping standards aligned to brand codes and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of campaign VM materials, including prototyping, production and cross‑market rollout to ensure visual consistency.
- Support pop‑ups, special animations and high‑visibility initiatives through guideline development and asset coordination.
- Act as a cross‑functional liaison between Global HQ, regional VM teams, Creative and Purchasing to ensure timely, on‑brand delivery.
- Partner with external vendors and production partners on fabrication methods, cost implications and quality control.
- Provide VM directives and on‑site guidance for new market and store openings and enable appropriate regional adaptation.
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising and retail design, with exposure to global or multi‑market environments.
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy and campaign concepts into clear, scalable VM guidelines and toolkits.
- Strong visual communication skills including hand sketching, 2D layout preparation and 3D renderings.
- Deep understanding of materials, fabrication methods, production processes and cost implications.
- Demonstrated project management capability across multiple initiatives, timelines and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience within prestige beauty, lifestyle or fashion retail strongly preferred.
- Strong aesthetic judgement and visual sensibility aligned to premium, brand‑driven retail environments.

Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and retail design, with demonstrated experience translating global campaign concepts into executable VM standards and coordinating multi‑market rollouts.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred.
