1. Lead the creation of original and engaging visual content across social media platforms, aligning with Fresh's brand storytelling and social strategy.
2. Drive digital-native innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge formats to keep Fresh at the forefront of social media trends.
3. Collaborate with global social strategy and creative teams to synchronize content creation with Fresh's brand vision.
4. Enhance brand storytelling through compelling visual narratives and new content franchise approaches.
5. Maintain visual brand aesthetics and contribute to creating a strong visual identity for Fresh on social media.
6. Oversee all phases of social-first production, from pre-production planning to post-production.
7. Develop and implement brand style guidelines and design toolkits for various social media formats.
8. Participate in ongoing analysis of social media trends to inform creative strategies.
9. Manage and optimize resources by engaging with content artists and providing art direction.

1. 7+ years of experience in content creation roles at agencies, studios, or in-house settings.
2. Experience with photography, videography, and editing.
3. Motion design knowledge is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Programs (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2. Strong understanding of internet, pop, and visual culture.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts.
4. Ability to take creative direction and execute social-first ideas.
5. Strong understanding of frame composition and studio tools.
6. Curious mindset with a 'Sky’s the Limit' mentality.

Minimum 7 years of experience in content creation roles, with expertise in photography, videography, and editing.

The salary range for the role is $115,000 - $135,000 USD.
