Fresh Senior Manager, Key Accounts

- Serve as the primary commercial contact for national retail partners and buying offices; cultivate and maintain senior-level, trust-based client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, maximize share of shelf and secure premium in‑store and online placements.
- Coordinate cross-functional activity—sales, planning, marketing, digital, visual merchandising and supply chain—to align launches, activations and inventory strategies.
- Lead commercial negotiations including contracts, pricing, promotional agreements, and terms to optimize margin and brand positioning.
- Manage performance through regular business reviews, KPI analysis, sales forecasting and reporting on account health and opportunity pipelines.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support new business pitches and bespoke retail initiatives to expand distribution and penetration.
- Resolve client escalations and operational issues proactively, proposing sustainable solutions that protect brand equity and retailer relationships.
- Optimize assortment, gondola productivity and GWP/sample strategies through collaborative forecasting and ROI analysis.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, national/strategic sales or sales planning; 6–8 years preferred for senior hires.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing strategic retail accounts, with demonstrable commercial impact.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills; confident leading retailer reviews and contractual discussions.
- Strong analytical capability to translate sales and inventory data into actionable account strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales or a related discipline preferred.
