Fresh Senior Manager, Key Accounts

- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, maximize revenue, and ensure the continued success of key client accounts.
- Act as the main liaison between key customers and internal teams, coordinating efforts across departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product or service offerings to key accounts.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively identify solutions to meet client objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on account health, satisfaction, and sales forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust account strategies.
- 6-8 years in account management or sales planning, with a proven ability to retain and grow strategic accounts.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in leading reviews and negotiations.
- Ability to develop effective customer strategies, analyze sales potential, and translate data into actionable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Strategic thinking and ability to implement new ideas from data and insights.
- Driven for results with a relentless pursuit to achieve business objectives.
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales planning within the luxury or beauty industry.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD.
