Fresh Senior Manager, Key Accounts

1. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, maximize revenue, and ensure the continued success of key client accounts.
3. Act as the main liaison between key customers and internal teams, coordinating efforts across departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
4. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product or service offerings to key accounts.
5. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively identify solutions to meet client objectives.
6. Conduct regular business reviews, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on account health, satisfaction, and sales forecasts.
7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust account strategies.

1. 6-8 years in account management or sales planning, with a proven ability to retain and grow strategic accounts.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in leading reviews and negotiations.
4. Ability to develop effective customer strategies, analyze sales potential, and translate data into actionable solutions.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints effectively.

1. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
2. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.

Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales planning within the luxury or beauty industry.

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD.
