Fresh Senior Manager, Key Accounts

- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and maximize revenue for key accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between key clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product offerings to key accounts.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues, proactively identifying solutions to meet client objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews, analyze key performance indicators, and report on account health and sales forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine account strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in account management, sales, or sales planning with a proven track record of retaining and growing strategic accounts.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in leading reviews and negotiations.
- Ability to develop effective customer strategies and translate data into actionable solutions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years in account management or sales, with a demonstrated ability to retain and grow strategic accounts.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD.
