1. Maintain Fresh's leadership in the social media space.
2. Support social media strategy to achieve brand, marketing, and sales objectives.
3. Collaborate with international market teams on local social media calendars, activations, and influencer partnerships.
4. Grow social media channels by building awareness and creating exciting new content.
5. Create innovative content for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns.
6. Lead community management and interact with a global audience.
7. Define social media KPIs and manage reporting to measure campaign impact.
8. Cultivate a network of engaged influencers.
9. Manage external influencer content program for branded content development.
10. Develop global influencer strategy and guidelines.

1. 6+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, communications, or related digital media field; beauty experience preferred.
2. Deep understanding of all social platforms.
3. Excellent project management skills.
4. Strong copywriting skills with editorial or copywriting experience.
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Strong creative judgment.
7. Proficient in English; working knowledge of Mandarin or French is a plus.

Minimum 6 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, communications, or related digital media field.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 USD.
