Fresh Senior Manager, Global Social Media & Influencer Communications

- Maintain Fresh's leadership in the social media space.
- Integrate creativity with analytical thinking to support social media strategies that meet brand, marketing, and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with international market teams on local social media calendars, activations, and influencer partnerships, including developing guidelines and reporting.
- Enhance social media channels by building awareness and engaging with trends and new content.
- Create innovative and informative content for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns in partnership with creative, digital, and storytelling teams.
- Lead community management by interacting with the global audience and responding to inquiries, while partnering with global customer service teams.
- Define social media KPIs and manage reporting to measure the impact of campaigns.
- Cultivate a network of engaged influencers who align with brand values.
- Manage external influencer content programs for branded content development on both owned and earned channels.
- Develop global influencer strategy and guidelines for all markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, communications, media, or related digital media field; beauty experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and advertising products.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience in editorial tone of voice.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content effectiveness.
- Creative judgment to recognize engaging content.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SparkAR.
- Photography, Photoshop, and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Minimum of 6 years in social media, influencer marketing, communications, media, or related digital media field, with a preference for beauty industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 USD.
