Fresh Senior Manager, Creative Operations

- Own and continuously improve operational systems, workflows, and tools for Global VMSD and Packaging Design teams.
- Manage project intake, prioritization, and assignment, ensuring alignment with business priorities and team capacity.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from brief through artwork release, protecting timelines, scope, and budgets.
- Assess team capacity and balance workload across VMSD and Packaging to ensure realistic planning and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks early, escalate appropriately, and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery.
- Lead cross-functional project communication and creative review cadences to ensure alignment from concept through execution.
- Serve as the operational bridge between Creative and cross-functional partners and global markets.
- Track and manage annual budgets, including estimates, invoices, and purchase orders for Global & North America VMSD and packaging design.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
- Minimum 7+ years in creative project management, Visual Merchandising, and/or Packaging Design.
- Proven experience owning workflows, intake processes, prioritization, and capacity planning across creative teams.
- Experience partnering with Purchasing, vendors, fabricators, and/or production partners to execute physical retail or packaging assets.
- Understanding of artwork release processes, die lines, proofs, translations, and print production.
- Proficient in project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday, or Asana.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial work environment.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of 3D design programs & Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years in creative project management, with a focus on Visual Merchandising and/or Packaging Design.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
