1. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
2. Lead multi-currency consolidation, foreign exchange translation, and analysis.
3. Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and inventory margin.
4. Ensure accurate accounting for complex areas such as accruals, provisions, and inventory reserves.
5. Prepare and review Group reporting packages including Actuals, Forecasts, and Budget.
6. Collaborate with LVMH Group Finance, external auditors, and local finance teams.
7. Drive process improvements, close acceleration, and control enhancements.
8. Provide variance analysis and executive-ready insights to leadership.
9. Support finance transformation initiatives, including system and automation projects.

1. 6–7 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting.
2. Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles; US GAAP exposure is advantageous.
3. Experience in a large, international, matrix organization.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and macros.
2. ERP knowledge, preferably AX Dynamics or Oracle.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
4. Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
5. Exposure to Tax and Treasury topics is beneficial.

Minimum 5 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting within a large, international, matrix organization.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 USD.
