1. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
2. Lead multi-currency consolidation, foreign exchange translation, and analysis.
3. Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and inventory margin.
4. Ensure accurate accounting for complex financial areas such as accruals, provisions, and inventory reserves.
5. Prepare and review Group reporting packages, including Actuals, Forecasts, and Budget.
6. Collaborate with LVMH Group Finance, external auditors, and local finance teams.
7. Drive process improvements, close acceleration, and control enhancements.
8. Provide variance analysis and executive-ready insights to leadership.
9. Support finance transformation initiatives and system automation projects.

1. 6–7 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting.
2. Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles; US GAAP exposure is advantageous.
3. Experience in a large, international, matrix organization.
4. Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strategic vision.
5. Proficient in English; French language skills are a plus.
6. Exposure to Tax & Treasury topics is beneficial.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and macros.
2. ERP knowledge, such as AX Dynamics or Oracle.
3. Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting within a large, international organization.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 USD.
