1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand identity and aesthetics with extraordinary attention to detail.
2. Lead collaboration with global markets to ensure excellence and consistency in branded store design.
3. Partner with the Director of Global Store Design to develop fixtures and establish brand standards.
4. Oversee the Design Manual and fixture library, ensuring accurate distribution to consultants and internal teams.
5. Drive the evolution of store design elements to meet the changing needs of the business.
6. Create comprehensive 2D drawings and 3D models to depict design intent.
7. Manage and execute ad hoc projects for the Global Store Design and Visual Merchandising teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
2. 4-7+ years of experience in store design, project management, architectural design, interior design, or industrial design.
3. Extensive knowledge in retail design and fabrication, with luxury retail experience preferred.
4. Passion for cosmetic retailing and entrepreneurial environments.

1. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suites, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D or other 3D modeling and rendering programs.
2. Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proactive in recommending process improvements and new ways of working.
5. Out-of-the-box thinking with a 'Sky’s the Limit' mentality.

Minimum 3 years

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.

The salary range for the role is $105,000 - $125,000 USD.
