- Produce retail sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis, including daily sales and sell-through data.
- Generate weekly productivity and newness reports, as well as monthly SKU ranking reports.
- Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests, such as category, segment, franchise, and traffic reports.
- Maintain sample and tester tracker documents.
- Support data preparation for forecasting sellable products, new launches, limited editions, and samples monthly.
- Assist in updating and building reports as new retail locations open.
- Provide weekly order information for POSM and internal orders, offering general support to Business Managers.
- Create monthly SKU reports to evaluate franchise performance.
- Support analysis of sell-in and sell-out data for new business ventures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory across all retail locations by producing monthly stock coverage reports.
- Handle RGAs from retailers, including quality control issues.
- Create all POSM, sample, and tester orders for all retail locations.
- Generate internal orders for marketing and digital teams.
- Create purchase orders using the AX system.
- Support the returns process for stores, including creating RGAs upon managerial approval.
- Maintain and update the POS system through the back office, including new staff and discounts.
- Ensure accurate inventory in boutiques by creating weekly cycle count reports and making stock adjustments in the RAMS system.
- Support the setup of internal and external events, including stock orders, trackers, and sample ordering.
- Monitor open orders on the AX system and flag any issues.
- Maintain the item master file, adding and deleting items as necessary.
- Produce new line forms for retailers.
- Monitor EDI issues and communicate with the manager or PCIS team as needed.
- Degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- 12 months of experience in the luxury goods retail industry or FMCG is beneficial.
- Inherent interest in the beauty industry.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong motivation.
Beginner-level experience is required, ideally with 12 months in the luxury goods retail industry or FMCG.
Degree in Business Studies or similar field.
