Sales & Operations Intern

Fresh is a renowned brand within the Perfumes & Cosmetics sector, known for its innovative and high-quality products. The company operates globally, with a strong presence in the luxury goods market.

1. Produce retail sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
2. Generate weekly productivity and monthly SKU ranking reports.
3. Handle ad hoc reporting requests for various categories.
4. Maintain sample and tester tracker documents.
5. Support data preparation for forecasting sellable products.
6. Provide weekly order information for POSM and internal orders.
7. Create monthly SKU performance reports.
8. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory through stock coverage reports.
9. Handle RGAs from retailers, including quality control issues.
10. Create POSM, samples, and tester orders for all locations.
11. Create purchase orders using the AX system.
12. Support the returns process for stores.
13. Maintain and update POS systems.
14. Monitor open orders and flag issues.
15. Maintain item master file and manage item additions/deletions.
16. Monitor EDI issues and coordinate with relevant teams.

1. Degree in Business Studies or similar.

1. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
2. Customer service focused.
3. Very strong Excel skills.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Good organizational skills.
6. Strong motivation.

12 months' experience in the luxury goods retail industry and/or FMCG is beneficial.
