1. Produce weekly and monthly retail sales reports, including daily sales and sell-through data.
2. Generate weekly productivity, newness, and monthly SKU ranking reports.
3. Create ad hoc reports for categories, segments, franchises, and traffic.
4. Maintain and update sample and tester tracker documents.
5. Support data preparation for forecasting sellable products, new launches, limited editions, and samples.
6. Assist in updating and building reports for new store openings.
7. Provide weekly order information for POSM and internal orders, supporting Business Managers.
8. Create monthly SKU performance reports for franchises.
9. Assist in the analysis of sell-in and sell-out for new business openings.
10. Produce monthly stock coverage reports to maintain accurate inventory.
11. Handle RGAs from retailers, including quality control issues.
12. Create POSM, samples, and tester orders for all locations.
13. Generate internal orders for marketing and digital teams.
14. Create purchase orders using the AX system.
15. Support the returns process for stores and maintain POS systems.
16. Maintain accurate inventory in boutiques through weekly cycle count reports and stock adjustments.
17. Assist in the setup of internal and external events, including stock orders and sample management.
18. Monitor open orders on the AX system and address issues.
19. Maintain the item master file and manage item additions and deletions.
20. Produce new line forms for retailers.
21. Monitor EDI issues and coordinate with the manager or PCIS team as needed.

1. Degree in Business Studies or a related field.
2. 12 months of experience in luxury goods retail or FMCG is beneficial.
3. Inherent interest in the beauty industry.

1. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Strong motivation.

Beginner level experience in the luxury goods or retail industry, ideally with exposure to FMCG.

Degree in Business Studies or similar field.
