1. Achieve sales goals in assigned stores within the designated territory.
2. Conduct in-store training sessions at Sephora and Ulta, aligning with brand expectations.
3. Plan and execute in-store events to support Sephora, Ulta, and Fresh initiatives.
4. Collaborate with store management for optimal visual placement in stores.
5. Develop strong relationships with Sephora and Ulta Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, and District Managers.
6. Train Fresh selling specialists and store personnel on new product launches and core product categories.
7. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across Fresh homebays, counters, and displays.
8. Communicate regularly with the field team regarding training, events, and support opportunities.
9. Manage a regular call cycle to stores, effectively scheduling and traveling as needed.
10. Utilize company reports and tools to create tailored in-store strategies for training and sales.

1. 1-3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Proficiency in managing budgets and interpreting sales reports.
3. Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments is preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
3. Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively in a team.
4. Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives.
5. Capability to travel within the territory.

1-3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a preference for experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 USD.
