Fresh Retail Operations Executive

1. Coordinate closely with retail staff to manage daily operations in retail shops, including stock taking, goods delivery and transfer, store maintenance follow-up, and system error handling.
2. Prepare accurate business performance reports.
3. Calculate payroll, including roster checking, commission, incentives, and allowances.
4. Collaborate with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure stock replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations.
5. Handle invoice settlements.
6. Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Communicate implementation of changes with involved departments.
8. Serve as a key contact for retail systems.
9. Support retail projects, including renovations and customer events.
10. Manage operational budgets and expenses.

1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry.

1. Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Excel.
2. Strong numerical aptitude, patience, and attention to detail.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of retail systems and operations, including basic merchandising principles.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry is required.

Bachelor's degree required.
