1. Edit ingredient listings and other regulatory documentation.
2. Prepare and manage international registration documents for regions including China, EU, USA, and SEA, providing Certificates of Free Sale as necessary.
3. Assist in claim validation for packaging, marketing, and consumer communications.
4. Ensure efficient regulatory review of artworks to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Conduct regulatory compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental objectives.
6. Validate text and regulatory mentions on packaging in both French and English to ensure compliance of finished products.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field preferred.
2. 4-7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of EU, US, and Asian cosmetic regulations.
4. Familiarity with non-cosmetic regulations related to chemistry, packaging, and environment.
5. French language skills preferred but not required.

2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cognos.
3. Proven project management skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to proactively recommend process improvements and new ways of working.
6. Curious mindset with a strong passion for the beauty industry.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related field is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field preferred.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 USD per year.
