1. Edit ingredients listing and other regulatory documentation.
2. Prepare and manage international registration documents for various regions including China, EU, USA, and SEA.
3. Assist in claim validation for packaging, marketing, and consumer communications.
4. Ensure efficient regulatory review of artworks for compliance with standards.
5. Conduct regulatory compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental objectives.
6. Validate packaging text and regulatory mentions in French and English to ensure compliance.

1. 4-7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of EU/US & Asian Cosmetic Regulations.
3. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (preferred).
4. French language proficiency preferred but not required.

1. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Familiarity with non-cosmetic regulations (chemistry, packaging, environment).
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite & Cognos.
4. Proven project management skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum 5 years

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (preferred)

The salary range for the role is $100,000 - $125,000 USD.
