1. Edit ingredients listing and other regulatory documentation.
2. Edit and make available international registration documents for various regions including China, EU, USA, and SEA.
3. Prepare regulatory documents required for registrations in China.
4. Assist in claim validation for packaging, marketing, and consumer communications.
5. Ensure efficient regulatory review of artworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Carry out regulatory compliance activities throughout the development, marketing, and life of the finished cosmetic product internationally.
7. Validate the text and regulatory mentions of packaging in French and English to ensure regulatory compliance of finished products.
8. Successfully lead the regulatory aspects of multiple product launches in the first year.
9. Establish a track record of ensuring regulatory compliance across all markets.
10. Demonstrate leadership in driving regulatory strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. 4-7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or related field.
2. Strong knowledge of EU/US & Asian Cosmetic Regulations.
3. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (preferred).

1. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Familiarity with relevant non-cosmetic regulations (chemistry, packaging, environment, etc.).
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite & Cognos.
4. Proven project management skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proactive in making recommendations on process improvement.
7. Ambition to learn more with a curious mindset.
8. Strong passion for the beauty industry.
9. Out-of-the-box thinking with a 'Sky’s the Limit' mentality.

Minimum of 5 years in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (preferred).

Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 USD.
