Fresh Regional Sales Manager

- Lead and develop a team of Sales and Education Account Executives and sales specialists across the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales goals in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom stores within the designated territory.
- Plan and execute strategies to enhance business and brand awareness through innovative events and edutainment.
- Conduct in-store training sessions in line with retailer brand expectations.
- Utilize company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies for cast training and selling experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships at store level with Sephora, Nordstrom, and Ulta personnel.
- Manage in-store training for new product launches and core product categories.
- Recruit, direct, and evaluate Selling Specialists, managing budgets accordingly.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met in-store.
- Collaborate with store leadership for visual placement and stock management.
- Develop and manage SECs to ensure territory growth and team success.
- Maintain a regular call cycle to stores and manage schedule and travel effectively.
- 7+ years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Experience in Sephora, Nordstrom, and Ulta environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven project management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and work collaboratively with others.
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
- Strong analytical skills for strategic planning.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the beauty industry, particularly within Sephora, Nordstrom, and Ulta environments, is required.
The salary range for the role is $118,000 - $135,000 USD.
