Fresh Production Planner

1. Plan the procurement of finished goods and components to ensure timely and complete deliveries to distribution centers for new launches and POSM Fresh Products.
2. Maintain fill rates and launch date commitments at or above corporate targets.
3. Expedite, defer, and cancel purchase orders to meet fill rate and inventory turn requirements.
4. Act as the main contact for a portfolio of vendors, facilitating weekly calls.
5. Review weekly reports, including weekly alerts.
6. Manage and execute the end-of-life process for products.
7. Resolve daily operational challenges, making timely decisions and ensuring effective execution of solutions.

1. 1-4 years of experience in planning, preferably within the cosmetic or skincare industry.
2. Prior experience in packaging and/or components manufacturing.
3. Proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to work diligently, perform effectively under pressure, and make swift, informed decisions.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Experience with AX is a plus.
3. Ability to speak and work in French is advantageous.
4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent relationship-building skills with suppliers.

1-4 years of experience in planning, with a focus on procurement and vendor management.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 USD.
