Responsibilities
- Plan and execute trade, retailer, and shopping marketing and promotion activities to recruit new consumers.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, consolidate data, and prepare post-campaign reports to provide insights on customer patterns and trends with ROI evaluation.
- Conduct market intelligence reports on industry and competitor activities to derive actionable insights for campaign ideas and promotional activities.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and customer segmentation to build customer journeys for repeated purchases and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare CRM monthly reports to monitor CRM KPIs and reinforce loyalty building to increase CRM revenue.
- Assist in setting up customer journeys using marketing automation tools.
- Support marketing programs independently and follow up with agencies for accurate deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Product Marketing, PR & Communications, ECOM & Visual Merchandising, and Retail & Training to drive execution excellence.
- Support in marketing operation and administration including memo preparation, PO handling, stock management, and delivery tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing or CRM from MNC, preferably in Beauty, FMCG, or Market Research industries.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge in CRM and e-marketing tools such as Adobe Campaign is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Computer literacy and numerically intelligent.
- Understanding of market and consumer trends.
- Passion for beauty, luxury, or lifestyle goods.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or CRM.
