Fresh Marketing Executive

- Plan and execute trade, retailer, and shopping marketing promotions to attract new consumers.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, consolidate data, and prepare post-campaign reports to provide insights on customer patterns and trends with ROI evaluation for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market intelligence reports on industry and competitor activities to derive actionable insights for campaign ideas and promotional activities.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and customer segmentation to build customer journeys for repeat purchases and upsell opportunities, enhancing brand loyalty and profitability.
- Prepare CRM monthly reports to monitor CRM KPIs, reinforce loyalty building, and increase CRM revenue.
- Assist in setting up customer journeys using marketing automation tools.
- Support marketing programs independently and coordinate with agencies for accurate deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Marketing, PR & Communications, E-commerce & Visual Merchandising, and Retail & Training to ensure execution excellence.
- Support marketing operations and administration, including memo preparation, PO handling, stock management, and delivery tracking.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing or CRM within multinational corporations, preferably in the Beauty, FMCG, or Market Research industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of CRM and e-marketing tools such as Adobe Campaign.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Computer literacy and numerical intelligence.
- Understanding of market and consumer trends, with a passion for beauty, luxury, or lifestyle goods.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing or CRM from multinational corporations, preferably in the Beauty, FMCG, or Market Research industries.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
