Fresh Marketing Creative Intern

- Design and develop regional creatives and marketing collaterals such as PR kits, brochures, and storytelling eDMs to enhance product and campaign communication.
- Collaborate with the SEA Marketing & Creative team to ideate and pitch regional 360 campaigns during monthly marketing meetings.
- Lead end-to-end management of marketing projects, including ideating creative concepts, sourcing suppliers, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Support back-end operations for setting up and refreshing Sephora PDP assets and brand page banners.
- Design and develop creative needs for online marketplaces such as Lazada.
- Consolidate and review campaign post-mortem reports, including competitive analysis and market trend reviews for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship from December 2025/January 2026 to June 2026.
- Positive, can-do attitude and team player mentality.
- Comfortable with creative tools and interested in visual content and digital assets.
- Organized and efficient with multitasking capabilities.
- Passionate about marketing and eager to learn.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
